Ways we can combat PTSD are: good sleep hygiene, exercise, limiting alcohol, tobacco, nutrition and social connection. Many studies promote social interaction as a link to finding resilience against stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD. If symptoms become overwhelming, additional care may be necessary.
